Co-Founder & CoachWith a background in exercise physiology, sport psychology, and competitive athletics, I bring a holistic approach to mental performance coaching. My experience allows me to see the full picture of what it takes to excel—physically, mentally, socially and emotionally. I’m passionate about empowering athletes to reach their full potential by building resilience, aligning with core values, and developing sustainable mental skills that enhance both performance and well-being.
In each session, we’ll explore the mind-body connection, working through challenges like overcoming injury, performance anxiety, and mental barriers to unlock new levels of achievement. My goal is to help athletes not only reach peak performance but also grow into the person they aspire to be. For those ready to bridge the gap between good and great, I offer an approach grounded in science, personal experience, and a deep belief in the power of growth. Co-Founder & CoachAs a former NCAA collegiate athlete, softball coach, and now Mental Performance Coach, I have experienced firsthand the mental barriers that can limit performance potential, as well as the unique psychological challenges that accompany competitive sport. These experiences inspired me to better understand the mental side of peak performance and how athletes can develop the skills to overcome adversity, unlock their potential, and thrive both in and beyond sport.
My work at Mind Set is driven by a passion for helping athletes achieve peak performance while supporting their overall well-being. Through evidence-based mental performance training and a holistic, person-centered approach, I meet each athlete where they are, recognizing that sustainable performance is built by supporting the whole person—not just the athlete.
Grounded in my personal values of continuous growth, ownership, and well-being, I am passionate about optimizing the mind-body connection, fostering the transformative and inclusive power of sport, and empowering individuals to perform, grow, and flourish in every aspect of life.
